I can't run the game, so I can't make a Fallout.ini file, which means I can't run the GFWL disabler, so I've got a mix of problems, and I'm at the end of my rope. It's as if the game copy pasted the exit button code over the "play game" code. No game launch, no opening of Fallout 3, no error messages or pop ups saying "ERROR: I BROKE," not even an aknowledgement on my Friends list that I'm in-game. Whenever I try to run the program, the game's pre-launch menu with the howling wind and power armor picture menu will pop up, and hitting play causes it to close. I'm running on Windows 8, I've got the game running off an external hard drive on a computer that meets/exceeds all the hardware requirements. Alright, so I've had the Steam version of the game for years now, and yet for some reason I can't run the game at all anymore (probably has something to do with Microsoft pulling the plug on GFWL.)
